The Isle of Wight's Island Games squad ran fun sessions in St Thomas' Square in Newport, earlier this month, to raise awareness and cash to fund their trip to Guernsey.
- Team Isle of Wight is sending swimmers, athletes, golf players, archers, football players and more to compete in the inter-Island competition.

The Island Games 2023 are being held in the Channel Island from 8-14 July.
The team ran throwing, football and basketball games, handing out medals to those who did well.
Among those to proudly don their accolades were Tilly, 9, Sam, 7, and Thomas, 10, who were in Newport with their dad, Pete.
