A youthful crowd was out in force to see actor and singer Sabrina Carpenter in the Big Top at the Barclaycard Presents the Isle of Wight Festival 2023, on Friday night.

The star of Disney's Girl Meets World and Netflix's Work It performed all her hit tracks, including Feather, Fast Times and Bet U Wanna.

Shortly into her set, the Big Top's sound and lights appeared to give out but the (mainly teen) audience kept their cool.

Sabrina left the stage before returning to joke with the crowd.

She had to go off for a second time and when she returned it was to perform Vicious - a song about being annoyed, which she joked was probably relatable at that moment. 

Despite the hold-up the American missed nothing out, dazzled the substantial crowd and performed in front of an ever-changing background of imagery.

She wore amazing white boots - so high those mums of us who were in the audience were worried she would fall.

Sabrina famously ad-libs the last lines to her final song - Nonsense - making it local to her audience.

Fresh from her Isle of Wight Festival performance, Moving forward, Sabrina will be supporting Taylor Swift on the Latin America and Singpore legs of her Eras tour.
