The Isle of Wight is included in a weather warning for thunderstorms for Sunday (18).
The alert, issued by the Met Office, covers the entire day. Islanders are also told to expect heavy rain.
The yellow 'be aware' warning comes into force from midnight Saturday (17) until midnight Sunday.
The news isn't likely to dampen the spirits of the tens of thousands of revellers watching Isle of Wight Festival 2023, however.

Sunday is the final day of the event. A host of acts, including Blondie, are taking to the main stage throughout the day.
Robbie Williams will close the show on Sunday evening.
The weather has been kind to festival-goers so far. Many travelling to the Island were greeted by scorching temperatures yesterday (Thursday).
The Isle of Wight Met Service, the local forecaster, predicts today (Friday) will see much of the same.
It will become cooler by Saturday evening, however.
