Isle of Wight Festival-goers are warned of major delays heading to the Island this morning (Thursday), as police shut a main road leading to Red Funnel's ferry terminal in Southampton.
An 'ongoing incident' has led to the closure of Town Quay from Bugle Street, to the High Street.
Those travelling have been warned to avoid the area.
It is not known how long the closures will be in place for.

Red Funnel told the Isle of Wight County Press: "We are aware of an ongoing incident at Red Funnel Terminal 1 in Southampton this morning.
"We are working with the emergency services.
"Town Quay between the High Street and Bugle Street junctions has been closed. It is an ongoing situation, and we will provide further updates on our website."
Red Funnel's Red Jet foot passenger service and its vehicle ferry are situated just off Town Quay.

The routes are used by travellers heading to Cowes and East Cowes, respectively.
It marks an awkward start to journeys for revellers, who are travelling from across the country for the festival.
Tens of thousands of people are expected on the Island today, for the first day of the event.
