TWO Isle of Wight men have appeared in court, accused of murdering 30-year-old Tommy Barton.
Cameron Wayne Baker, of Leed Street, Sandown, and Rio Tyrrell Scott, of Park Road, Ryde, appeared before Southampton magistrates today (Wednesday).
The pair, both 27, have been charged with murder following an incident in Ryde on Sunday.
Police and paramedics had been called to Park Road at around 3am on the day in question.

Mr Barton, of Brading, was pronounced dead en-route to hospital.
A murder investigation is underway and yesterday, his family paid tribute to him.

They said they were completely shattered at the loss of Tommy.
"He was a father, a son, a brother, an uncle and a friend to many," said the family.
"He has been stolen from us and we are completely heartbroken."
Mr Baker and Mr Scott's cases were adjourned to Friday, June 2, at Winchester Crown Court.
