A once popular Isle of Wight seafront bar is up for auction.
Kings House, at 32 High Street, Sandown, is listed through Clive Emson Auctioneers.
It has a guide price of £250,000, plus.
From the rear, the former bar overlooks Sandown Esplanade and the English Channel.
While, from the front, it can be accessed from Sandown High Street.
Kings House was last in use as a public house, though for some years the building has lain empty.
It was formerly-owned by Phoenix Commercial Property Development (PCPD), which subsequently sold it.
Rob Marchant, the Island auctioneer for Clive Emson Auctioneers, said: "The freehold property is now in need of a significant level of upgrading and refurbishment, but it is considered that Kings House offers a great deal of scope and potential for a number of potential future uses, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.
"Work has previously commenced on a scheme for conversion of the existing building. Accordingly, none of the existing rooms on any of the three floors can necessarily be labelled."
The auction ends on Thursday, June 15, with bidding live from Tuesday, June 13.
