A DAY-LONG festival is returning to the Isle of Wight next month, with the popular Wolverton Folk & Blues announcing its long list of featured artists and special guests.

After its successful launch in 2011, the Wolverton Manor-based festival has gained momentum with great bands and artists each year, along with locally produced food, children’s activities, tea and a real ale tent.

Underway from 11.30am to 8pm on Saturday, May 13, special guest artists at this year’s festival include London’s Jump66, award-winning folk stars The Shackleton Trio and blues supremos The Robin Bibi Band.

As well as the main stage, the popular Beer Tent Acoustic Stage will return, providing a full and varied programme featuring some of the best Island folk and blues musicians.
