CINEWORLD multiplex cinema in Newport will only be screening a limited number of movies this evening (Saturday) amid technical problems. 

Film fans planning on going for a night out to the movies will need to check what's available after some of the screens were closed.

The screenings available currently are:

  • Dungeons and Dragons: Honour Among Thieves (6.30pm, 7.30pm, 8.30pm and 9.30pm).
  • John Wick: Chapter 4 (7.40pm).
  • 65 (8pm).

A Cineworld spokesperson said: "Due to a technical issue, we are having to close some of our screens today (Saturday). Please check the Cineworld website for a list of today's available showings.

"These are subject to cancellation. You can contact customer services on 0333-003-3444 if you require a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
