The first of two extra episodes of Channel 5's documentary celebrating the Isle of Wight airs later (Thursday). 

A number of familiar faces appear in episode five of Isle of Wight: Jewel of the South.

Tonight, cameras visit a number of favourite Island destinations, including Adgestone Vineyard and Godshill's model village.

Back on the box will be farmer and bee keeper, Mary Case who finds out if her 60 bee colonies have survived the winter, while also welcoming 350 new lambs.

Back on dry land, Adgestone Vineyard owners Russ and Philippa plant some new vines, and survey the potential impact the weather may have on this years crop.

And in Godshill, model village owners Stuart and Penny Dyer take on the mammoth task of making sure their tiny town is picture postcard perfect for the summer season.

Isle of Wight: Jewel of the South was supposed to end on episode four, but has been extended by popular demand.

Tonight's episode airs at 8pm on Channel 5.
