RED FUNNEL has warned of potential disruption to its Isle of Wight services tomorrow (Monday, March 13), including possible cancellations, due to expected poor weather.
The cross-Solent travel provider has advised that its Red Jet service between Cowes and Southampton and its vehicle ferry between East Cowes and Southampton could be affected.
Hovertravel services are already cancelled this evening, with disruption expected to continue into tomorrow morning. Tickets will be accepted on the Wightlink Fast Cat Service from Ryde Pier Head and Portsmouth Harbour.
The IW Met Service is expecting the Island to be wet and windy tonight, with spells of rain and strong winds throughout, and low cloud and hill fog likely.
Tomorrow is forecast to be a ‘very windy day’ with gales across the Island along with a few showers, but also occasional brighter spells.
