The second episode of Channel 5 series Isle of Wight: Jewel of the South airs tonight (Thursday).
The four-part show follows Island residents and also celebrates the beauty and heritage of the Isle of Wight.
Last week's episode, which was the first, saw cameras at Sandown Airport with owner Daniel Subhani and wife, Tracey.
There were also apperances from Sandown resident Christine Jackson, twin gardeners Philip and Nigel Brown and Bembridge fishmongers Mike and Ruth Curtis, who run Captain Stan's fishstore.
Tonight, The George Hotel owner Howard Spooner features as he prepares for one of the busiest weeks of the summer.
At Briddlesford Farm, fourth generation farmer Paul Griffin is battling the summer drought.

Cameras also follow Helen Butler on her quest to save the 3,000 native Red Squirrels.
In Bembridge, 74-year-old diver Martin Woodward shows us around the collection of items he’s retrieved from the rich waters of the Solent.
And in Ryde, entertainer Derek Sandy is preparing for the final of competition, the Island Has Talent.
The episode airs at 8pm tonight.
