POLICE, fire and ambulance teams were called to Wroxall yesterday evening (Saturday, February 18) after a car collided with a hedge.
Shanklin, Ventnor and Newport fire crews were alerted to a road traffic collision on St John's Road in Wroxall, arriving shortly before 8pm.
A vehicle had left the road and gone through a hedge.
Paramedics treated two casualties on the scene.
Hampshire and IW Fire and Rescue Service stabilised the vehicle and made the scene safe before the incident was left to police officers.
Fire crews returned to the station after the stop message at 8.21pm.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary have been approached for a statement.
