The Isle of Wight Hedgelaying Competition is back for its 28th year.
Following a two-year break, it will be held at a new site: Little Duxmore Farm, Rowlands Lane.
Organisers the Isle of Wight Hedgerow Group are telling Islanders to wrap up, put on their wellies and pop along.
It's free to park, free to watch and free to compete.
Organiser Tony Ridd of Landscape Therapy said: "The 2020 competition was one of the very last public events before lockdown, and we are pleased to be back with another exciting competition in 2023.
"This is an interesting new venue for us, and I'm grateful to the Wildlife Trust for offering their land for the competition this year."
The hedge is not long so pitches are limited.
Competitors are asked to submit their entries ASAP to avoid disappointment.
It will be held on February 25, 2023 from 10am until 4pm.
