The Bay CE School in Sandown is the latest to confirm it will close when teachers (who are NEU members on the Isle of Wight) take strike action over pay and funding, on Wednesday, February 1.
In its letter to parents and carers, the school announced it also expects to close on the other Island strike days: Thursday, March 2; Wednesday, March 15; and Thursday, March 16.
The secondary school site will remain open to students with an EHCP and those considered to be vulnerable students, however, and individual eligible families are being contacted.
The letter said: "We are therefore asking that you do not send your child into school on these days unless they have an EHCP or you have been contacted as they are classed as vulnerable."
It follows similar announcements by the Isle of Wight Education Federation, which runs Carisbrooke and Medina Colleges and Christ the King College, in Carisbrooke.

The Bay CE added: "We have not taken this decision lightly.
"We remain committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our students, and feel that we would be unable to provide safe supervision with the staff we have available."
Some work will be set on Google Classroom or through Go4Schools, however, parents should also be prepared for work not to be set, the school said.
Secondary head, Emma Bowden, added: "I am sorry you will have to make alternative arrangements for your child at short notice and that they will experience disruption to their education.
"I understand that this situation may be frustrating, and ask that all members of our school community continue to treat each other with respect."

In total, the NEU says its action will impact 23,400 schools across England and Wales, including those on the Island.
Across the country, seven days of action will take place in February and March and any single school will be hit by four of those seven days.
Teachers in sixth form colleges will also take action, in a separate but linked dispute.
