Tens of thousands of pounds has been raised for an Isle of Wight dad-of-two, who is battling stage 4 bowel cancer.
Reece Payne, of Manor Road, Lake, is hoping to go abroad for treatment he thinks could save his life.
Totalling up funds from his JustGiving page, cash donations and from fundraising events, he believes he has now raised £35,000 — 70 per cent of a £50,000 target.
Reece, 35, was diagnosed with the condition in 2018.
He has two young daughters Olivia, three, Amelia, one, and partner, Carlie.

He previously told the Isle of Wight County Press: "Conventional chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments are not working. I'm having to look hard for alternative treatment if I’m to find a cure.
"Fortunately, there is a treatment protocol to run alongside my chemotherapy. The treatment is known as off-label drugs and not backed by the NHS.

"It consists of research-proven doctor-prescribed drugs and will help attack my cancer from another angle, sometimes even sensitising cancer to conventional chemotherapies.
"I will also need hyperbaric oxygen therapy and some different high-dose infusions that have shown to have an amazing effect on stopping cancer cells dead.
"I'm in contact with a fellow stage 4 bowel cancer patient who has had adoptive-cell immunotherapy treatment in Japan and is now in total remission."
Reece is hoping to go to Japan at the end of February or beginning of March.
Another fundraiser is on the horizon to help get him there.
Shanklin's Furzehill Childcare Centre is holding an 'extravaganza' next month (February).
Lucy Coleman, from the centre, said: "Every year, we choose a charity to fundraise for and Reece's story has touched all of us, so there was no better cause."
A host of activities will be on offer at the event, including a cake sale, tombola and raffle.
There will also be a Dad's Dance Masterclass, a Baby Boot Camp and the Great Disney Dance-Off.
The event gets underway at 10am on February 11, at the centre on Albert Road.
