STRONG winds on The Solent have forced the cancellation of Isle of Wight hovercraft services.
Hovertravel, which operates between Ryde and Southsea, said services have been cancelled due to adverse weather this morning (Saturday).
Tickets will be accepted on Wightlink's Fast Cat service, the company has said.
See Hovertravel's Disruption Contingency Plan web page for more details.

All Wightlink and Red Funnel ferry services are unaffected and are running to timetable as at 10.15am.
