The footpath at Brighstone Holiday Centre and the Isle of Wight Coastal Path, between Grange Chine and Isle of Wight Pearl, have both been closed following significant landslips.
The Isle of Wight Council says the walking routes are unsafe to use and it is putting in diversions.
The holiday centre path only opened last year, thanks to an agreement with the landowner, but it has been rapidly affected by recent coastal erosion.
It's the latest in a series of erosion events for the Isle of Wight .
As the Isle of Wight County Press reported earlier this week, land has also dropped at Luccombe, forcing the temporary closure of the coastal path there.
The earlier drop at Luccombe, which left a garage unusable.

Regarding the latest falls, a council spokesperson said: "No attempt should be made to look at the damage or walk the path.
"The situation will be monitored and reopening opportunities will be considered once the current damage has settled.
"We would like to remind people that during winter and stormier weather, the cliffs around the Island's coast are susceptible to cliff falls caused by erosion from the sea, wind and rain."

The council added: "Everyone should be mindful of the risk of rock falls and landslips."
It is hoped a new a new path can be agreed through Brighstone Holiday Centre.
An agreement will also involve Natural England as be part of the approved England Coast Path.
