FOUR Isle of Wight roads will close for utility works in the first week of January.

Island Roads has publicised the closures, which are:

CHALE: Chale Street will be shut for its entire length from 7.30am on Wednesday until 6.30pm on Friday, February 17, or when the works have been completed, for utility works.

TOTLAND: Colwell Common Road will be shut for its entire length from 7am on Wednesday until 6pm on Monday, January 9, or when the works have been completed, for utility works.

NITON: Laceys Lane will be shut for its entire length from 7am on Tuesday until 6pm on Tuesday, January 17, or when the works have been completed, for utility works.

BRADING: The Mall, will be shut between its junctions with Bullys Hill and High Street, from 8am on Wednesday until 6pm on Friday, February 24, or when the works have been completed, for utility works.
