SHANKLIN gift shop Cavanagh and Baker has announced it will close at the end of the year.
It's been a popular place to shop for gifts in Shanklin Old Village for the last three years, selling hampers, alcoholic drinks and quality gifts.
The team announced today: "To all of our wonderful friends and followers, we would like to thank you for all of your support, custom and loyalty over our years of serving you.
"Sadly due to a variety of reasons we are closing our doors at the end of 2022.

"This has not been an easy decision to make for us and it is with a heavy heart that we are writing this post.
"We have decided do to a pre-Christmas sale this year instead of waiting until January as we know times are difficult for many at the moment and we'd like to give a last dose of positivity before we go.
"There is currently 25 per cent off everything in store, including wines, spirits, hampers and gifts."
