ISLANDERS are being given the chance to watch the Bollywood movie that was filmed in Ventnor earlier this year.

An Action Hero, starring top Indian actor Ayushmann Khurrana, hit the big screens on December 2 and is being shown at Cineworld tomorrow (Friday) at 7pm and on selected dates next week.

Isle of Wight Film Fixers will be there to welcome everyone who goes to watch it on Friday, at 6.15pm with a celebratory glass of bubbles on offer.

The trailer has had 26 million views across the world (watch it below).

The flick was predominantly filmed in Ventnor, between January and February, and its teaser opens with a scene shot on Military Road.
