When Isle of Wight boy Wesley Brett-Hill started thinking about children who were not as fortunate as himself, he decided to do something about it.
The Shalfleet ten-year-old knew Children In Need was coming up and he knew his mum had a caravan full of stuff that needed getting rid of.
So, what better than a good, old fashioned jumble sale to have a clear out and raise some cash for Pudsey Bear.
Wesley wants Islanders to go along to Shalfleet Village Hall on Saturday between 2pm and 4pm to pick up a bargain and help him raise cash for Children In Need.
Wesley's mum, Cathryn, said:"He wanted to help other children who didn't perhaps have as much as him.
"We have a caravan full of stuff to sell and friends and family have rallied around to bake cakes to sell and serve alongside tea and coffee on Saturday also.
"We are hoping Pudsey will make an appearance to thank Wesley for his efforts."
