Water levels remain high on a stretch of Isle of Wight river, the Eastern Yar, but they are slowly falling, according to the Environment Agency.
The organisation has issued an update for the flood warning it published overnight.
Covering Whitwell, Wroxall, Langbridge and Alverstone, it warned of possible property flooding at high tide, in the early hours of this morning (Monday).
As the Isle of Wight County Press reported earlier, flooding was also expected to hit gardens, roads and tracks.

The Environment Agency said this will now be the case into Tuesday and added Sandown's Golf Links Road is impassable.
It said: "We expect the river level to continue falling, but it will remain very sensitive to further rainfall and could begin to rise again if heavier rain affects the area.
"We continue to monitor the forecast and will ensure the river is kept free of any reported blockages.
"Please ensure products used to protect gardens and property are operating."
An update is expected at 6pm tonight (Monday).
