A flood alert remains in place for Sandown's Eastern Yar this morning (Friday) after almost 50mm of rain fell at Knighton, in the last 48 hours.
Road, cycle path and footpath flooding is expected, the Environment Agency has warned.
At Alverstone, the river will be close to the top of the river bank.
At Langbridge, there will be flooding, but properties are not expected to be impacted.
At Sandown, Golf Links Road and Moreton Common Road will be flooded. The river will not peak until this evening (Friday).
Buses are diverting, due to a road closure on Avenue Road,due to flooding.
Diversions are in place on routes 2 & 3 because of a road closure. Avenue Rd, Sandown closed between Perowne Way & Broadway due to flooding. Buses to divert via Marshcombe Shute & Yaverland in both directions

On Friday, the weather forecast is for it to be dry.
The sluice at Bembridge is operating to reduce water levels across Brading marshes.
