Isle of Wight pub, The Folly Inn, is due to reopen on Monday, November 14, after an extensive renovation.
The Greene King pub in Whippingham has been closed for six weeks, to allow for the restoration of its jetty and the extension of its waterside patio, as well as other work.
There is a new indoor/outdoor fireplace, new furniture and many more changes, owners promise.
It has also been recruiting new staff.
Saoirse Doolan, General Manager of The Folly Inn, said: "The renovation has completely transformed the site, with major upgrades both inside and out.
"The pub has always been popular with Islanders, tourists and sailors.
"We can’t wait to welcome customers, both new and old, back through our doors."
PLEASE NOTE: Article has been edited as the opening has been pushed back from Monday 7 to Monday 14 November.
