Up to 14 gym hours per week have helped an Isle of Wight twelve-year-old bring home a gold medal for acrobatics, from a competition in Norway.
Members of the Island's Wight Tricks Academy went to Oslo for the October 8 event, where Josh Williams won the youth division.
A triple full twist was among the moves he performed, which is seen during gymnastics events at the Olympics.
The academy's founder, Robbie Bates, said Josh's win had not been an easy task and called his achievements very exciting.
The Isle of Wight's urban sports academy, teaching martial arts, free-running and acrobatics, is currently based in Cowes' Prospect Business Park.
Following his win at the event, organised by Oslo Movement-Parkour and Tricking, a proud Josh wore his medal to class on the Island!
