Expect overnight disruption, on Island Line Isle of Wight trains, until Sunday.
Services will not run between 7pm and 7am, due to staff sickness - a rail replacement service will be on the route instead.
It will affect Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights, with services back to normal on Sunday morning.
A normal service will run outside of these times, operator SWR said.
Ryde Esplanade and and Shanklin will be connected by one service, while a separate minibus shuttle will run along Ryde Pier.
