ISLAND Harbour has gone into administration, it has been confirmed.
What does this mean to residents, businesses and people mooring their boats at the harbour, which is situated just outside Newport?
Here's what we know:
There had been rumours flying around in advance but it was confirmed yesterday that Island Harbour has gone into administration.
What happens next?
Business rescue, recovery and insolvency company Lucas Ross has been appointed to deal with the administration and also all enquiries from concerned parties.
The County Press has asked them for further details about what this means for the company and how concerned parties can get in touch with them.
UAVEND, the company that owned Island Harbour, is currently uncontactable. The company website is also down.
UAVEND Investments LLP has two officers listed on Companies House - Eamon O'Connor and Kevin Webb.

Oyediwura is also listed on Companies House as an active director on several "Norris Castle Estate" companies.
The Springhill Estate, the site of the former convent neighbouring Norris Castle, is also connected to Oyediwura. Springhill Estate (IOW) Ltd has Oyediwura listed as director. Eamon O'Connor resigned from the company in April 2020.
Paddlesteamer Ryde has lain derelict at Island Harbour for many years. The company, PS Ryde CIC has been dissolved. Oyediwura was at one stage involved, according to Companies House.
Berth holders have told the County Press they have heard nothing officially about the situation and have not received any emails or updates.
Boat owners with marine insurance should find themselves covered for getting gates unlocked. Boat owners are advised to speak to their insurers.
Richardsons Yacht Services said: "Richardsons are communicating with the administrators at Island Harbour and are open for business as normal. We will continue to update our customers when we have any further information. If you have any queries please call or email +44 1983 821095 carla@richardsonsyacht.co.uk"
