BIN days are changing for Isle of Wight residents due to the Queen's funeral.

Residents are being advised that waste, recycling and garden subscriptions collections will see one week of change to their usual collection day next week (week commencing Monday, September 19). 

All waste, recycling and garden waste collections will run one day late.  

  • Bins usually collected on Monday 19 will be collected on Tuesday 20.
  • Bins usually collected on Tuesday 20 will be collected on Wednesday 21.
  • Bins usually collected on Wednesday 21 will be collected on Thursday 22.
  • Bins usually collected on Thursday 22 will be collected on Friday 23.
  • Bins usually collected on Friday 23 will be collected on Saturday 24.

Collections for the week commencing Monday 26 September will resume on their normal day.  

Household recycling centres at Lynnbottom and Afton Marsh will remain open on Monday, September 19.
