A MAN is due in court this afternoon (Friday) — for being disrespectful and calling a Crown Court judge "wiggy" and using expletives during a mad rant.
The man — a member of the public in the gallery during this week's murder trial — will face a single count of contempt of court, in Newport.
Judge Neil Garnham directed police to arrest him and bring him to court this afternoon after he was heard to use the C-word.
It follows an incident at the Isle of Wight Crown Court yesterday (July 14).
