Island restaurants, cafes and businesses have been ranked on their food hygiene standards and practices — including the St Mary's Hospital caterers who got top marks.
Inspectors from the Isle of Wight Council rank the establishments on their hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and food safety management, to determine how safe and clean they are.
