AN ISLE of Wight man accused of grabbing a woman's hair and hitting her head against a wall in a domestic row, will remain in custody until his trial later this month.
Liam Grant Trott, of Langbridge, Newchurch, denied assaulting Jackie Cox, his partner at the time, and James Cowdry, the boyfiend of Miss Cox's daughter, by beating, at an address in Bembridge on March 8.
The second assault alleged was by a push to the throat area.
The 29 year-old, who appeared by video link at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court, was remanded in custody until he reappears for trial at the same venue on May 26.
