Sir Bradley Wiggins will not be on the Isle of Wight this Friday after all.
He was due to finish a cycle challenge at The George in Yarmouth.
As previously reported by the Isle of Wight County Press, he was expected to take part in a Shoulder to Shoulder ride across the UK, from Scotland to the south coast, while recording a podcast series.
He had been due to complete the journey by crossing the Solent.
However, the ride has been postponed, which means he will not now be arriving in the West Wight town.
