Isle of Wight boat jumble event for Island Harbour

After a three year break, Island Harbour’s Spring Boat Jumble returns today (Saturday).

Island Harbour Yacht Club secretary Heather Bowley is organising the event, following on from a successful jumble at The Folly Inn last October.

The Breeze Bar and Restaurant will be providing breakfast and takeaway butties and hot drinks from 8am.

All pitch fees will be donated to the RNLI who will be carrying out free lifejacket checks from their stand, and offering safety advice.

Ryde Sea Cadets, who have a kayaking and dinghy sailing and training centre at Island Harbour, will be selling some jumble to raise funds.

The jumble is open to the public from 10am to 1pm.

Parking and entry is free.
