The Isle of Wight Council will be handing out Covid lateral flow tests today (Thursday), before access to free ones officially ends next week.
Most Islanders will have to pay for LFTs and PCR tests from April 1, under the government's 'Live with Covid' plan.
Among them, even care home visitors will have to pay for tests.
Between 10am and 3pm today (March 24), Covid support officers will be in St Thomas' Square in Newport.
