Hampshire Constabulary has carried out raids in Ryde today (Tuesday), in George Street, Warwick Street, Star Street and Quarry Road, arresting four men.
Officers are investigating the death of 33-year-old Scott Cooper.
Two men who were previously arrested on suspicion of murder have been rearrested today (Tuesday), on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
The 28-year-old and a 29-year-old were detained by police serving warrants.
A further two men, aged 25 and 41, were also arrested, on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.
Officers first attended a flat in George Street, on Tuesday January, 4.
The body of the Newport man was discovered.
Four men are currently in custody.
