Another week and yet more success for Isle of Wight band Wet Leg, as UK tour tickets go on sale.
This time, the quirky duo have appeared on US heavyweight talk show The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, which is watched by around 1.5million people.
Rhian Teasdale, Hester Chambers and their band performed Chaise Longue for the NBC top-rated show.
They exclaimed on Instagram: "WHAAAA!! We’re playing live on @fallontonight 🤯🇺🇸."
The Tonight Show can be seen via satellite TV in the UK, about a week after it airs in the States.
Chaise Longue was released as Wet Leg's debut single in June 2021.
Since last year, they have racked up: A host of awards and nominations (including NME); celebrity follows; tv appearances (including Jools Holland and the Tiny Desk Concerts); and they have been added to 'must watch' lists (including on VEVO).
Wet Leg's hotly anticipated debut album is due out on April 8.
Last month, they released their latest single Angelica, as the Isle of Wight County Press reported.Â
Today (Friday), tickets for the band's November 2022 UK tour have gone on sale.
Pre-sale sold out pretty quick. General sale tomorrow 9am đź’• https://t.co/gIO6hW8NMa
