Can you knit a teddy, to send to Ukraine from the Isle of Wight?
Led by crafters at the the Church of St Saviour-on-the-Cliff in Shanklin, the idea is the finished hand-knitted toys will be distributed to children fleeing the war, after Russia's invasion.

Drop your completed teddy at the Shanklin church, or at The Good Shepherd, Lake, or at Hose Rhodes Dixon offices in Newport, East Cowes, Cowes, Ryde, Shanklin, Ventnor and Freshwater.
Elaine Gardner said: "It would be wonderful if we could get the Island knitting and send some love and peace to the children."
