There’s no end to the ways families can spend some quality time together on the Isle of Wight but with half term coming up we wanted to know where people have really enjoyed visiting.

An opportunity to come face-to-face with some of the planets most endangered species including tigers, lynx, and reptiles.
The Sanctuary rescues many of its inhabitants from poor and inhumane conditions around Europe.
The Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary

An opportunity to meet some of the unwanted and rescued animals being cared for at the centre.
While admission is free, you do have the option to donate towards the running costs and perhaps even adopt your favourite donkey!

Shanklin Chine

This tree-lined gorge is the islands oldest tourist attraction drawing in visitors for more than 200 years.
You'll be wowed by waterfalls, experience the tranquillity of nature, and perhaps even enjoy a slice of cake in the cafe too.
