Two years after a woman died in a crash near Arreton, a man is to appear in court.
Update: Crown court for Michaela Logan Hale Common death crash accused
Mackensie Hallett, 19, of Arundel Road, Ryde, is due before Isle of Wight magistrates, charged with causing death by dangerous driving while driving a Ford Focus.
Michaela Logan, of Carisbrooke Road, Newport, was 19 years old when she died in the incident between Horringford and Hale Common, in January 2020. She had been driving a Ford Fiesta.
Since then, flowers have regularly been laid at the scene and a teddy marks the spot where the crash happened.

Tribute events have been held on the Island, including a gathering at Tesco Extra in Ryde by the modified car community and an event at Sandown Airport.
An inquest has not yet been held into the circumstances surrounding Michaela's death.
