A crash on the main road to East Cowes means it is now closed.
Police are among emergency crews attending a 'serious collision' on Whippingham Road.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service also has crews on the scene.
Bus operator Southern Vectis says routes 4 and 5 are diverting via Alverstone Road, to Whippingham.

UPDATE:
The crash involves two vehicles and the emergency services were called at 1.06pm.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service has sent crews from Newport and East Cowes.
One casualty is being treated at the scene by the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service.
An eyewitness said it looked like two cars and a van were involved.
Owing to the accident on Whippingham Road, police have closed this road. Route 4 and 5 are unable to serve stops between Crematorium and East Cowes. Customers for East Cowes may travel to Newport and transfer to out route 1
