FIRE has broken out at the buildings behind the Grand Hotel in Sandown.
Three fire engines are currently at the scene of the derelict hotel on Culver Parade.
The road is open to traffic while the emergency services deal with the situation.
It follows a fire in the same buildings in October.

UPDATE: A fourth fire appliance has arrived at the scene.
Police are also at the scene and are directing traffic.
