Two more patients have died at St Mary's Hospital in Newport, after getting coronavirus.
Their deaths were recorded on December 23 and December 27.
Due to the extended Christmas and bank holiday period, they have only just been reported by the government.
Since the start of the pandemic, in March 2020, 208 people have died at the Isle of Wight's hospital, after contacting Covid-19.
More than 150 others have died in non-hospital community settings.

Meanwhile, the Riverside Centre in Newport has walk-in appointments available today (Thursday), until 8pm and tomorrow (Friday), until 3pm, for 1st, 2nd and booster jabs for eligible over-16 year olds.
