Herbs grown in the abbey's garden, between Wootton and Ryde, are included in the ale, which is brewed at Goddards.
Also featured is the abbey's apple juice and cider, made from fruit grown on the estate.
The programme includes interviews with some of the Benedictine monks and the staff and volunteers based at Quarr Abbey.
The Island's Muddy Boots gardening project and its handmade craft products, sold at the onsite shop, are also mentioned.
The Isle of Wight's abbey is featured alongside religious communities in Surrey and Galway, Ireland and focuses on crafts made by the members of their communities.
