TWO more people have died at home on the Isle of Wight after contracting Covid-19.
The deaths have been reported in home settings, one in the week up to November 26 and another in the week up to December 5.
The figures come from the Office for National Statistics and show any death involving Covid mentioned on the death certificate.
It takes the number of people who have died at home due to Covid, since the pandemic began, to 15, and 148 in total at communal settings, such as care homes.
So far this year, 95 people have died in communal settings after contracting Covid-19.
Overall, the most recent report brings the Island's Covid death total to 345 – with 197 in hospital.
