IT WILL be eyes to the skies this week - the RAF Red Arrows are set to fly over Portsmouth.
A Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) report has been issued, to say the display team will be over Portsmouth Harbour.
The notice is valid for Wednesday afternoon there is also a provisional slot for Thursday afternoon, should it be needed.
The timings are always subject to change due to a number of factors.
The Queen's Harbour Master in Portsmouth announced the Red Arrows are giving a short flying display in support of an event on HMS Prince of Wales while the ship is in port.
The time of the display is likely to be 5.45pm to 6pm (timings in the below tweet are GMT).
For safety reasons, the main dock area must be clear of all unrelated marine traffic.
There could therefore be some disruption to cross-Solent travel.
The harbour will be re-opened as soon as the display is finished.
