QUAY Arts is holding a beer festival this weekend, with free entry, exclusive bespoke ales and live music.
Any ale aficionados missing the Beer and Buses weekend will find themselves in good company at the Newport venue.
Back by popular demand, Quay Arts will have its bespoke Amber Ale (5.3 per cent) and Oatmeal Stout (4.6 per cent) available.
Brewed by Island Ales and exclusive to Quay Arts, the delicious cask ales will be available for a very limited period.
Supplementing the bespoke ales will be Exile’s Wicked Wolf Golden Ale (4.3 per cent) on draught and a range of Island Ales' bottled brews including Yachtsman, Wight Gold and the award winning Earl’s R.D.A.
There will also be free live music in the cafe throughout the weekend.
On Saturday listen to the Clacks Band (3.30pm), Bemis (5.30pm) and The Dance Preachers (8pm).
On Sunday it's Red Sqwrl (1pm) and Second Time Around (3.30pm).
The kitchen will be open all weekend, serving homemade stew and mash made using the bespoke ales.
