Some sailings have been cancelled by Wightlink today (Sunday) over staffing problems. following an earlier mechanical problem at Fishbourne.
The Isle of Wight ferry firm said: "Our Portsmouth to Fishbourne service has resumed service thanks to the hard work of our team at Fishbourne.
"We have however had to cancel sailings later in the day, due to staffing issues.
"Booked customers will be contacted with any changes."
Earlier, it said it was investigating a 'mechanical issue' that meant its Portsmouth - Fishbourne service was temporarily suspended.
Some sailings will now be delayed, while the operator says others will be cancelled.
