A SHANKLIN man is due to appear before a judge after being charged with bestiality and child abuse offences.
Paul Norman, of The Rogers, appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (September 28).
The 62-year-old is charged with possession of an extreme pornographic image portraying an act of oral sex with a horse, between August 1 and December 31, 2015.
He is also charged with three counts of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child, between August 1 and December 31, 2015.
Of these, two images were alleged to be Category A — the worst kind — eight Category B, and 15 Category C.
Mr Norman will next appear at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on December 10.
