Students at Christ the King College have been asked to resume wearing face masks as the number of confirmed Covid cases at the school increase.
Parents have received messages from the college requesting that students wear face masks in school due to 'increasing numbers of Covid cases reported'.
These new measures are expected to be in place throughout the school day for the next two weeks.
Christ the King College told parents: 'This is to reduce the risk of transmission and we would be grateful for your support.'
The college has encouraged students to bring their own reusable masks, with those who have to be issued with a face mask expected to pay 50p.
Data shows it is young people who have the highest rates of Covid on the Island.
Daily data provided by the government shows current levels of Covid among Island children is very high, with ten to 14 year olds most affected.
The second most affected age group is the 15 to 19 year olds, with a rolling rate of 536.
