THE case against Simon Regan of Angel Coatings has been sent to the Isle of Wight Crown Court.
Mr Regan, 56, of Bradfield Road, Barrows Green, Crewe, denied three counts at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
He is up in court for carrying on the business of a company with intent to defraud creditors or for other fraudulent purpose between September 9, 2014 and September 26, 2017 on the Isle of Wight, namely obtaining money from consumers for resin installation works.
Another count is for dates between June 4, 2015, and December 31, 2019, and the third count is for dates beween September 11, 2017, and March 14, 2021.
The counts are contrary to section 993 of the Companies Act 2006.
The matter will next be heard at the higher court on November 8.
Mr Regan was granted unconditional bail.
